"I normally don’t do reviews but I wanted to share my experience with my lawyer Benjamin Luftman, I had a pretty tough case with my driving record, I contacted other lawyers and they all said it was impossible to get it to be down to 0 points, and no criminal record, when I contacted Benjamin, he gave me that confidence that he could fight for me and it was what I needed, after he went to court for me, was able to get it down to 0 points, no criminal record, no jail time, and the fee is going to be a small fee, it was exactly how he said he was going to fight for, this is my first time hiring a legal service and will definitely do it again if I ever in the same situation! I would highly recommend his services!!"

"I was booked and charged with a physical control charge. This was the first time I had ever been in trouble with the law. I had a good job and some college under my belt. There were many strong arguments that could have been used to fight for my case. The prosecution had evidence but nothing that couldn’t have been argued. Attorney Luftman was very quick to reach out and was able to secure a lawyer for my arraignment. My lawyer, despite the strong arguments for my case, worked more with the prosecutor than for my case. I felt talked down too when I spoke with my lawyer. Innocent or not, if you follow the facts of the case, and the lawyers did their job then I could’ve been given a second chance in life. An opportunity to share my experience, and a lesson for a lifetime that would have never been repeated. However, my lawyers chose the best plea for the prosecution because I did not want feel sorry for myself and complete therapy with a stranger but chose to work more with my family and religious leaders. I had other lawyers I could use, but I would have been filled with shame, and I chose Luftman, Heck & Associates because of the great reviews. After working with Luftman Heck & Associates, I felt like I received a mediocre representation. They took my money to show up to all court dates via telephone, but did not fight for the second chance everyone deserves. In the end, I ended up with a criminal record that can be sealed. I will tell you, IF YOU CHOOSE THEM, YOU WILL GET MEDIOCRE, AVERAGE REPRESENTATION. After all, your the idiot that made the mistake. You should have shame, and face consequences. I am happy I did not receive the original charge, but considering my record, the schooling under my belt, and the many arguments that could have been used for me, I could have negotiated the same outcome had I only been taught the proper procedure and had access to speak with the prosecutor. This is an average law firm that will definitely show you what it means to be a lawyer. You will understand why their is a verse in the Bible directed to the Lawyers. 3 stars, yes they could have had 5 but this is a good plea. Good Pricing Good Access Followed through on all representation requirements Ended with a headache of a plea that you give to guilty people"
