"Easily the rudest and worst experience i have ever had. Due to mistake by THEM and a "miscommunication" on their part they refuse to treat people even with confirmed appointments set. i would leave a 0 star if i could as this is the most pompous "company" i have ever had to deal with my entire life. Do not give them your business. Total joke"
