"I paid Ms. Castka to process expungement paperwork… in May 2020. I have not received adequate communication and the only explanation I have been given is that the MSP and courts have been backlogged due to the pandemic. I feel I have been extremely patient considering I paid this fee three years ago. Nicole is very personable but what I’ve learned is that her clients are not a priority. Update: Finally, after three years of holding my retainer fee, and me finally threatening to report Nicole to the Attorney Grievance Commission, she refunded my money with an email stating “I am sorry for the late reply and for any frustration that you have on my handling of this matter.”.. though I’m thankful she finally refunded it… I’m completely disappointed at her mishandling and that it took three years to rectify."

"I would not recommend her as a defense attorney. She defended my brother. The whole time she was working with the prosecutors office. And to top it off! When my brother was convicted, she called the plaintiff instead of calling his family."
