"I cannot speak more highly of Attorney Amir Ghaeenzadeh. This is truly an attorney that is extremely educated, experienced and dedicated to his field. He is very personable and easy to work with. He is attentive to details and works hard to get you your rights. Definelty can count on him to get the job done. He takes on your case with diligence and a sense of responsibility that I have not seen from any other attorney. He is a brilliant and respectful lawyer I cannot recommend this lawyer enough."

"They ended up taking my case and doing the minimum but their customer service and follow ups were non existent. I only found out the case was done through the company they sued for me. I always had to call them and felt that my case was never a big priority to them at any point. This whole law firm felt like it was just a second job from everyone I spoke with. Edit: This is still the way I feel about how my case was handled, I have changed it to 3 stars because it still was completed with a favorable outcome. Customer service is important though, After speaking with Amir it seems he understands that. I hope that helps change something."

"I was referred to this law group from a legal plan that I have through my job. I rested out previously and had a good experience. Although that I didn't use them, the counseling that I got over the phone was great. Customer service was great! So I decided to use them for a case for my daughter for auto accident, and it has been the most horrible experience ever. They take forever, they ask you multiple times for the same document. The customer service, it is not the best. There's times that I had to follow-up and check on things to get things moving. Because it has been months before our follow-up has even happened. And it's the most ridiculous thing when you call the office to ask to speak to who's in charge right? Nobody can give you our direct answer to put a complaint. Even when you voice your complaint, it's just more like these things take time, but there's no way in the world that things take 6 months for a follow-up for medical records. But yet when I call the records get sent right away, it makes no sense. It makes me to believe that nobody is calling to follow-up on these documents. And even when I email the office attorney to let them know.HeyThis is what I was told by this company. It's like, well, this takes this long and can take over this long. When i've never had this happen before. It's like they're not even making the effort to process your claim. This is so disappointing!"

"Amethyst Law group was the 3rd consult I had. The first said they wouldn't take my case because of the nature of the case. I spoke with Nichelle, and she assured me it was not a problem. She took my case seriously and it was not a straightforward situation. She was very focused on a positive resolution and she was very professional. I would absolutely recommend her services and her firm for legal matters."
