About:
I am an attorney with more than 38 years of experience in the legal field. My practice primarily focuses on defending individuals charged with criminal offenses, representing clients injured in auto, truck, and motorcycle accidents, and providing legal services to small businesses, along with other general practice areas. My legal career began as an intern at the Middlesex County District Attorney's Office in Cambridge, Massachusetts, within the Appellate Division. During this time, I argued serious felony criminal cases before the Massachusetts Supreme Court and Massachusetts Appellate Court. After being admitted to the Maine Bar, I served as an intern at the York County Maine District Attorney's Office. Subsequently, I opened my own practice in Old Orchard Beach, where I continue to serve the legal needs of my clients.

"Neil and Carol are folks I would trust implicitly with any legal matter. Neal is very knowledgeable, honest, and most importantly efficient and quick. I receive constant communication from both Neal and Carol and have used them several times without any hiccups. Highly recommend Neal."

"Neal Weinstein is a liar and a fraud. Took my case went to the court and is buddy buddy with the DA Then after he had taken my retainer bad mouthed me and gave my money back. He cannot be trusted. Lied about living and growing up in Florida. Apparently he is a good old boy from Massachusetts and is a buddy of the courts. He should learn the difference between right and wrong maybe a little spoiled. I would never recommend him for anything. He needs to read his review. This is my honest opinion"
