"I’m NOT IN JAIL because of Attorney Dan Gaudet’s outstanding legal representation! I “knew of” the Carney defense firm, but with my freedom at stake, I did tons of research to find the best criminal defense firm. I can’t overstate how thankful I am to have found Dan Gaudet to represent me, and am eternally grateful for what he has done for me and my family. Attorney Gaudet delivered results in my case that I just didn’t think were possible. His knowledge of applicable caselaw and statutes was impressive. With every issue that arose, Dan always knew of recent caselaw or a particular statute that would apply to help my case. He handled my case with incredible professionalism and precision to detail that paid off great dividends to my case results. Most significantly, however, Dan treated me with tremendous compassion and kindness that I so appreciated given the gravity of the situation to my family and career. He even spoke with a family member to calm their fears and ease their worries. "I am happy to provide this review of Nat Carney as my attorney. I retained Attorney Carney in the fall of 2024, and he provided exceptional service in my defense. I have not had a lot of dealings with attorneys before, so I was pleasantly surprised in working with Nat. First, Nat “knows his stuff“ and helped me understand my situation and the options that I had. However, he did so with compassion and a communication style that I found calming, which I wasn’t expecting from an attorney. Nat clearly cares about his clients, and he worked hard to resolve my case. I was very pleased in how Nat communicated with me. His replies to my questions either in email or by phone were returned quickly and clearly. Additionally, I thought the fee structure was fair, and Nat never tried to run the clock up. My situation was not good, but Nat Carney made the journey a bit less scary, and I am happy with the outcome.
