"If you're looking for a family law firm that is not only highly skilled but also genuinely compassionate, look no further. This firm is a class act from top to bottom. From the moment I walked through their doors, I felt heard, supported, and most importantly—understood. Madison is truly phenomenal. Her knowledge, dedication, and ability to stay calm under pressure were exactly what I needed. Tiffany is always present and ready to offer extensive experience, knowledge, guidance, insight, and support. I have two strong advocates in my corner at all times. Megan and the rest of the team were equally incredible—responsive, kind, and always on top of everything. What sets this firm apart is not just their legal expertise, but the way they put your children at the center of every decision. They don’t just go through the motions—they truly care. They communicate clearly and consistently, encourage you when you need it, and gently but firmly redirect you when necessary. They’ll speak truth to you when you need to hear it, but always in a respectful and compassionate way. I can't recommend them highly enough. They are a team of absolute professionals with heart—and that’s rare to find. Thank you!"

"Tiffany and her team turned what felt like an overwhelming process into something far more manageable. They are not only highly knowledgeable and responsive but also incredibly kind and compassionate. Tiffany, in particular, stands out as an attentive and caring professional with exceptional expertise in high-conflict family matters. Her genuine concern for the well-being of children, combined with her outstanding litigation skills, gave me complete confidence in trusting her with my children’s future. She and her team went above and beyond my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend Tiffany and her office for even the most sensitive and challenging cases."

"I had the privilege of working with Attorney Lesnik, and I cannot recommend her highly enough, especially for high-conflict cases. Her honesty and straightforwardness set her apart from other attorneys—she does not sugarcoat the reality of the situation, which is paramount in the midst of a complex legal battle. Her strategic mind is always a step ahead, preserving and presenting crucial elements of your case. What truly stands out is her unwavering commitment to doing what is in the best interest of the child. In every decision and piece of advice, Attorney Lesnik prioritizes the well-being of the children involved, understanding how precious and delicate these matters are. Her skills in litigation are invaluable; she handles the courtroom with a level of expertise that instills confidence and peace of mind, even in the most challenging circumstances. If you’re facing a high-conflict case, there is no better advocate to have by your side than Tiffany Lesnik. She is not just an excellent attorney; she is a fierce protector of what matters most—your children."

"DO NOT Recommend! I hired this law office to help me with a custody case. At first things were fine and it seemed like the office was really trying to help me with this case. My ex sued me for custody rights but had actually failed to show up for mediation and court dates so my case wasn’t going to have much come out of it. Even still I wanted to do a counter claim to make sure my ex couldn’t try this same process in the future. When I went for the Pre trial meeting I noticed not all of the evidence was in the binder for my case(domestic violence) but wasn’t completely sure so I just assumed my lawyer knew what she was doing. However; next day at court the judge won’t hear the counter claim and from his words it’s because my lawyer hadn’t calendared the counterclaim and I just let it go because I assumed it would get done either way at the next court date for child support. So finally it’s a week before my court date now for 9/17 and I received an invoice for 3500 or they wouldn’t be able to continue my case. Then of course I expressed no I definitely couldn’t afford that in a weeks time and I was informed I would only need to have 1500 in my trust account to move forward. Then, from the lawyer herself said she’d only need 1000 in my trust account to move forward. Even still this is a lot of money to try to come up within a week. I had previously expressed I wouldn’t be able to pay much more for this case as I paid a 5,000 retainer fee and the lawyer said she doesn’t see it costing more than that. I also was informed that the only thing she needs to be paid for at this point would be 3 hours for the court date and that total comes to 600 with her 200/hour rate. I had 376 left in my trust account so why in the world would I get an in voice for 3500 in the first place but also if she only needed 600 for court why wouldn’t I just get an invoice for at the most 500 more when I still had 376 in my trust account. It was definitely very wrong that I didn’t even receive any information about having to pay this until a week before the court date so now it’s definitely to late to get the money together or even try to find a different lawyer. Even if I could have paid 1000-1500 in the next week, I definitely would not feel comfortable giving any more money to this law office when ultimately nothing was done for my case. Basically my lawyer Madison Surry clearly does not care about her clients and even said she should have been looking to see what I had left in my trust account so she could have communicated better. So it’s not their fault I don’t have 1000-1500 to dish out but it is on them that they didn’t communicate how much money they would need to the last minute and left me high and dry. JUST PICK A DIFFERENT LAW OFFICE THEY ARENT CHEAPER THAN MOST ANYWAYS"
