"Kathryn's skills are impeccable and I enjoyed working with her and her advice. On customer service and invoicing, it's a bit too hard lined and could improve. DETAILS: My wife and I were driving to our appointment scheduled 2 months prior when I found out she cancelled because I didn't prepay $500. That minute, I called and I offered to pay invoice, Venmo or Apple pay. But nope, she moved on with her day. We're returning customers. After we set an appointment months ago, I had been actively searching for my flooded inbox for her invoice. Filters can only do so much for spam. After a couple weeks of active searching, I gave up. Then BAM!, 3 days before the appointment she sneak-attacks an invoice. I would have appreciated a phone call if that was vital to move forward. I wish her the best, she's talented."
