During this time he also interned for two years with the Texas Office of the Attorney General working on family law issues. Becoming a member of the Texas Bar just after graduation, Mitch began to represent clients in the San Antonio area. After a short time Mitch came home to Tarrant county working at the Coffey Firm. In the years that followed Mitch worked thousands of DWI cases, and developed his own philosophy of client service and case management leading to the establishment of the Miers Law Firm. Mitch Miers has been named a Top Attorney in Fort Worth, Texas Magazine on three occasions (December 2012, December 2013, December 2014 issues).
