"I Was in a bad situation and needed a lawyer, my son was taken from me by his mother and would not let me see him so l had to go to the courts, I Hired Benjamin Hoffman thinking we were getting Villani or DeLuca but I Needed help I didn't see my son for months due to his mother using the child as a pawn, I explained my situation to Mr Hoffman and it seemed he could not understand that I was behind on child support because the mother did not file with the court to open the account I had no way to make payments there was no account set up the courts back charged me 2 years from the date she went to start it but never set it up she used it to dangle over my head, long story short he DID NOT help me at all I could have got the same results without him, he charged me for services he never completed. Charged me $1900 to ask a few questions over the phone for a pre trail then we get to court and he insists he can resolve it and we don't need to do the trail spends hour talking with my sons mother to get the same outcome, court was postponed nothing was resolved, another time I was charged $450 for him to show up to court and be told it was postponed but wouldn't he have gotten notice if he's at the court house every other day? Honestly it seemed that the lawyer I hired to help me was actually against me I paid this guy over $10,000 and the ONLY thing I can say he did for me was get me back to the same situation I was in before hiring him, but here's the best part of this situation THEY ARE SUING ME FOR MORE MONEY, We Called the office to make payment arrangements they told me I had to speak to the lawyer first and he would call me another day ,So I was in a bad situation and needed help I hire this lawyer and he took me for my money and charged me for services he never completed, Judge awarded me" to have the plaintiff to pay some of lawyer fees" for breaking court order having me have to hire him just to get my visitations time back, At the end of the day my biggest problem now is the lawyer I hired to help me ends up making my life even harder, so I leave this to LET OTHERS KNOW THIS LAWYER IS NOT ON YOUR SIDE HE WILL USE YOUR SITUATION AGAINST YOU PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH THIS ISNT THE ONLY REVIEW ON THIS GUY I WISH I DID BEFORE HIRING, VERY DISAPPOINTED [ Add photos"
