"There is a young lady that works there every time I go there and she has the worst attitude! They charge $5 if you need a piece of tape and charge you $3.29 if you do not have a label. Then if you have anything to say about what a damn rip off their terrible service is, she will just tell you to go somewhere else. I am in the customer service industry and I will tell you this is the worst experience I have had every time I walk in there. I can't believe they call it customer service! If Amazon would give me a different choice like pulling my toenails out with pliers, l'd just do that instead but this is the only way I can get my Amazon returns done. Don't ever go here, they do not care to make you happy and will nickel and dime you for the air you breathe in their store with a bad attitude on top of all of that!"
