"The ophthalmologists here are amazing — very detailed, kind, and professional. I truly felt cared for during the eye exam. However, I found the glasses to be very expensive for what felt like just okay quality. The biggest downside was the reception staff. I understand they’re busy and working hard, but their attitude toward me felt very unkind, as if I was bothering them just for asking questions. You can be tired and still be kind. I’m grateful for the doctors, but the front desk experience needs improvement."

"I was not satisfied with the contact lenses prescription and asked for adjustment. The doctor gave me an attitude and insisted that I needed to get used to the new prescription. I paid over $200 for contact lenses exam for nothing. I will never go back again."
