"I had Carly for a representative, I was completely unprepared for custody trial as I was given 2 hours maybe for preparation a day prior to my trial. It seemed that Carly didn’t really care about my case while at trial, she didn’t really question the plaintiff nor the witness to obtain information/ insights nor did she submit any information on my behalf that was current. She also failed to submit proper documentation that was needed during a “discovery request” nor was it gone through properly to ensure I answered questions properly. As expensive as this was $8,000 was not worth any bit of it. I was also not aware of her trial fees but only about 2.5 months prior to trial, extremely unprofessional when it was a large sum of money needed in such a small time frame, this fee was known to her a year prior to trial but did not communicate these details."
