"When I was locked up, a cop pulled me out of my cell and said “I want to talk to you for a second. I see something in you that these other people don’t see. Let me tell you something. You need a good lawyer. I don’t care if you have to spend the rest of your life paying them off. Get a good lawyer. I don’t care if this is the only thing you listen to, listen to this. You need a good lawyer, understand? You need a good lawyer.” Mr. Wiltshire is far more than that lawyer. I cannot believe what he has done for me. He is the perfect combination of southern hospitality but doesn’t put up with bullshit - I remember my first time in his office, yelling at him and him not yelling back because he knew what state I was in. Since then, he has been incredibly compassionate, has seen me as a person and not a case, and has treated me with more grace, forgiveness, and compassion than I have words to describe. Not to mention the amazing plea deal he got for me - I believe that he saved my life. I believe I would not be here, seeing the Sun and the Trees, without him. I am grateful every day that I am free, and I extend that gratitude to Mr. Wiltshire. He is extremelywell known and respected by the judicial system. Everyone knows him in every county - Clarke, Barrow, and Oconee. Every time his name is mentioned, the whole room stands up straight. He is very well respected, and for great reason. What he says, talks. His words have meaning to them. He will get you what you deserve, and get you on track to a better life. He genuinely cares about sobriety and is willing to help and is happy to see me grow. His team is also excellent. Kamell and Britta are both the epitome of professionalism and courtesy. I do not regret a dollar I spent on Mr. Wiltshire and I would gladly do it time and time again, though I hope to learn from this lesson and never ever find myself in the predicament I was in years ago. DO NOT SETTLE. If you have a serious criminal case, seriously, do whatever you have to do to get a good attorney. It could very possibly be the difference between decades in a cell versus a couple years probation. If you have a case in another part of the country where it is not his jurisdiction to represent, he also has excellent contacts and can help you find a good lawyer elsewhere. His network, his team, and him are the dream team. I have recommended him to everyone I come across. He is the only attorney I will go to or recommend. I stress it to everyone, that he is expensive, but for a reason- you get what you pay for. Don’t look at his prices as a bad thing, be secure and have confidence that he knows what he’s doing because he does - through and through. I am forever grateful and thankful for Mr. Wiltshire and all that he has done for me. I don’t take it for granted and I think about it more than he knows. I’ve heard “Mo is the way to go” and I repeat that. With all gratitude, love and light, Robin 🤍"

"This firm is definitely THE place to find counsel. Mr. Wiltshire was a prosecutor long before he switched to defense. He demonstrated that he is very familiar with the sitting judges and prosecutors including particular nuisances. You will only get straight up advice from a foundation of unmatched knowledge and experience. See for yourself!"

"I came to Mo with a DUI charge. It would have been my third. After said situation i did a quick google searched and seen the positive reviews from people speaking highly of Mo. i reached out to Mo on a Sunday morning and before Sunday afternoon he was on the phone with me already getting a game plan together. He gave me a fair price for his help and offered a payment plan and was completely helpful the entire time. He helped organize a plea deal that will change my charge to reckless driving. This will impact my life greatly saving me so much in legal fees and allowing me to keep my license. The actions he been able to do is the kind of work that gets a man a Christmas card for the rest of my life. It’s completely appreciated how helpful and responsive him and his teams were to my many nagging emails. I highly recommend you give him a shout when in need. Thanks Mo!"
