"Morgan Leigh counseled me during my application for the Maryland Handgun Qualification License (HQL) application process. With her assistance I was able to successfully navigate the Maryland HQL process resulting in an approval of my application. My case was complicated due to a prior (40 year) old out of state run in with the law at the tender age of 19. With Morgan's advice and counsel I was able to confidently approach the process with a much-needed understanding of case law addressing my regulated firearm status in Maryland. I would add that Maryland State Police were also helpful and the process was very smooth. Morgan has created YouTube content that addresses many aspects of Maryland and DC gun Law.
