"5 years now.....4.3 years and my husband just found out that Johnathon Bedwell let the statue of limitations run out on a certain part of the case. I do not understand how a firm of this magnitude let this happen unless it was a hidden agenda. Attorney will not even release a copy of the files to the client. Incompetentency has been proven over and over in this case. The trying to perfect service excuse has been the same excuse used for over 2 years; ways around that! Why? He dropped the ball by not reviewing the files left from the previous attorney who had the case. Shifting blame on her. Today, my husband received nothing but assumptions and lies from this firm's response to his complaint with the state bar in which he filed ALL ON HIS OWN! The attorney dropped out of the case because he can't accept the fact that he didn't do his job; blames the client's wife for harassment over the last several months, another female! The client's wife has never even spoken to him but has been trying because he was ignoring the client's efforts; even including the time an email was sent to inform him of his client's critical health concerns. In summary this firm is definitely not a client lawyer relationship type of firm where they treat you like family...Just Don't Do It! Stay clear!"

"Very unpleasant experience with this firm! My attorney Greg was a pain to work with acted like I was annoying him by calling and emailing and would flat out ignore my emails by not responding at times. Of course he was very nice in the beginning to gain my business but communication throughout the process was the bare minimum. First off for the amount I was charged for attorney fees of a little over $14,000 is ridiculous considering I did majority of the work myself by contacting the chiropractors office to get them to send him the patient forms because he did not send them the hippa records release forms this process took months of waiting which was very unnecessary and the hospital bill I acquired myself. I also had to wait for the check to arrive in the mail after being told by email it was mailed out on the 10th come to find out over the phone several days later it was actually mailed on the 13th thankfully it arrived the day before Christmas but I had to wait until the day after Christmas to cash it. It was frustrating because I thought the check was lost in the mail and called Greg only to be told it will arrive soon but that I could no longer cancel and pickup the check because the lady that mails them out was out until the new years. That’s when I found out I was lied to about when the check was actually mailed out to me because Slocomb law firm received the check from the settlement on dec 9th. It’s just sad because I have been almost 8 months without a car because mine was totaled during this accident and the wait was so long I feel cheated plus feel as though he didn’t get the max amount I was hoping for $50,000 but settled for $35,000 just to get it over with after all fees and hospital bill I was only left with a little over $18,200 which is better than nothing but I don’t feel it was the best outcome. Good luck to anyone that proceeds with this law firm I hope you get better treatment than I did!"

"Horrible. Zero communication. Lawyer switched at some point and I have no clue when, kept saying “2 weeks, a month” and I received petty money for my pain and suffering. They made twice as much. You’re better off hiring a firm of circus animals"
