"Shouldve gotten a court appointed attorney. The paralegal who represented me didnt do anything for me. Only suggested what the prosecutor suggested until i asked for something different. No reassurement from paralegal. When asking her a question about my case she got upset with me for a moment. Would never use them again. Also no contact with me until the day of my court date. Nothing was personal. Treated me like a transaction."
