"NO STARS....the system only allows to elect one star. Mr. Durakiewicz and his lawyers really messed up on my case and let a default judgement go down against my business. Doug took over my case and weas fixing the problems created with an attorney at Mr. Durakiewicz's office prior to Doug working at this firm. Mr. Durakiewicz's failures led to a default judgement that costs me thousands of dollars in legal fees to fix. Rather than fix the problems, he fired me as a client and turned around and sued me. I would definitely NOT recommend this firm to anyone for any reason! SFMc"

"I am very upset with Mike and the paralegal Jennifer who obtained my cell phone with evidence on it due to my case and they turned it over to someone and now I cannot get it back. Without my permission. I am needing this phone back that I provided to them to show the evidence I have against my soon to be ex husband. They have not been responsive towards my situation at all. Leaving me and my girls on limbo and we have been terrified due to my abusive husband."

"BEWARE OF THIS FIRM!!!! This law firm essentially stole $4,000 from me, plus the loss of my case. I paid Michael Durakiewicz several months ago to handle what should have been a slam-dunk case. He passed me off to another attorney, Doug Hanson. Doug never provided me appropriate legal representation. Time and time again I would have no response to my emails, calls or texts. He refused to respond to me leading up to a pivotal hearing, until 7:30pm the night before, when I was told to “stay calm” in response to my fear of his unpreparedness the next day, and how that would. AND DID, negatively impact the outcome. Doug showed up late to the hearing, late, unprepared, and nothing in hand. We lost massively, when we should have won on the merits of the case. In the weeks since, I have been misled that an appeal was being filed. And continue to never receive responses to my emails, calls or texts. Now I am facing contempt of court, though I was never informed of the status of my case, at any time! Additionally, his paralegal violated confidentiality, when she communicated with opposing counsel, stating I knew something I did not, that even if I had - should not be revealed as it is privileged information. I tried to speak to Michael, but was met with eye rolling and attitude, as if my concern over all this is unjustified, when it’s not! This is not normal or professional legal conduct. I see on their website they use a lot of catchy words that should apply to a law firm like “trusted” or “skilled” or “professional”, but this firm IS NONE OF THAT! I can’t beg the public enough to stay away from these people. They will take your money, do nothing they should and nothing they promise, and ruin your life!!! BEWARE!!"
