"Mike modica is the best in Wilmington I had a drug charge and gun charge and was looking at if was convicted a mandatory 9 yrs sentence but he got me 1 year level 3 probation which is awesome thanks Mike for everything but yes best lawyer in Delaware I definitely recommend him to anyone with serious issues"
