"Most likely the worst apartment to ever move in Austin Texas. The maintenance is so poor that you have to literally beg for the service request to be done. In this heat right now our AC has been stopped working and since last couple of days no one showed up. The Staff don’t give a shit about the residents. They only remember to sent notice if you delay payment or related issues. Don’t move in unless you wanna experience poor maintenance. Hope this review finds you well. Today is day 3 with Air conditioning not working. Had a word with one of the staff members at estate. I told her the same ac kept on breaking every 2 months and her response was the last request for AC was in march she wanted to debate ac was working for more than 2 months. That’s literally disgusting. She said maintenance will come today but no showed up and I can bet it won’t be addressed till later this week. That’s how bad their maintenance and response is. Update!!!!! A window unit was given as replacement (one window unit) for a 3 bed apartment. Yes we are being patient and Waiting for the replacement to arrive Update!! Apartment is worst! Maintenance is super worst! Air conditioning is from 90’s which is extremely worst!! No response from the maintenance or leasing team. It took them 2 weeks to come and check and give us a temporary unit! It worked for a week and again broke down it will take them another 2 weeks to address the issue! The worst apartment I repeat worst!!"

"DO NOT MOVE HER FOR THE LOVE OF GOD. I AM TRAPPED IN HELL THEY WILL NOT LET ME OUT OF MY LEASE FOR THEIR VIOLATIONS LEAKING/MOLD/HEALTHAZARDS. For the past two years I have had an ongoing AC leak management refused to fix. For the past YEAR It was leaking for so long that after MULTIPLE requests to fix the AC, it accumulated so much mold that I came home from a trip and it was so musty I had to leave. All my cats were sick. I have vet documentation. I asked them to fix the leak once and for all and all they did was spray mold killer on the mold. Needless to say th eleak persisited. Of course the past year I have requested the AC be fixed and it never was. Now I am asking to please release me from my lease for clear Texas law violations and have had NO REPLY OR CONCERN AT ALL. Photos attached. I am so traumatized, sick and just want to find a new safe place to live yet no one at management will acknowledge me. DO NOT MOVE HERE YOU WILL BE TRAPPED IN A NIGHTMARE. This is actually my second review. Here is the FIRST. They temproarily fixed the AC after the comment but as you can see...nothing was permanent and my mental health, safety, and phsycial health has all been greatly impacted by leaking, flooding, mold and constant AC outages in Texas heat. Today the AC is out again. I put in another work order. NOT TO MENTION maintenance just walks in whenever they want. The strangest thing is on every maintnance request I put "please call first" yet when the request is submitted its changed to "enter anytime" automatically. So scary. DO NOT MOVE HERE IS IT IS A NIGHTMARE I just wish to go somewhere safe and not be tormented anymore. I should have listened to the reviews. This is your warning. First: As a living complex I give them 0 stars. I had a BROKEN AIR CONDITIONING for two weeks flooding my apartment. In another flood incident when I first moved in where the upstairs neighbors burst a pipe and flooded my apartment damaging property and costing me $$$. My dying cat wound up in the vet from the stress. Not only did the neighbors refuse to do anything, but the complex also did NOTHING to remedy the situation in terms of compensation for an issue that was 0 PERCENT MY FAULT. Sometimes I have internet. Sometimes I dont. Sometimes I have water. Sometimes I dont. They also close the pool ALL THE TIME an amenity I moved here for...because people "breaking rules." HOWEVER: They come at the community here and punish us by closing the pool...but the entire first year I lived here the gates were WIDE OPEN and there are even holes in the fencing around the property ANYONE can get in to the pool/complex/etc. Maybe they should fix security so outsiders cant destroy the amenities we pay to use. AND THAT is what brings me here. Despite how atrocious this complex and management is, the maintenance guys have been great. David F. is the one who usually comes and he has been wonderful. He said if we do the survey Kingsley sends after they complete a work order they get benefits at work. So I went to review David and help him out since I genuinely appreciate him, BUT Kingsley STILL has not sent a survey to me. When I emailed management after two weeks waiting for the survey so I can just do a freaking solid for David, they said write a google review. so HERE I AM once again jumping through hoops to just do anything normal in this place... David F. I hope they let you know I'm leaving you a 5 star review!!"
