"People are friendly, but you NEVER SEE THE DOCTOR !!! - only his assistant. Things are very efficient, that I worry about important stuff being missed. The lady that prepares you for cystoscopy is very unkind, and her actions caused more pain than any other part of the examination. I am considering leaving mostly because I originally came to se the Doctor, not his assistant. It would be very helpful if Doctor separates some time to talk to patients, especially if they are dealing with a problem rather than a routine visit. That would lead to more stars and better reviews."

"Dr Eldaif and his team are excellent and they are very compassionate and friendly. Going to see a doctor can be stressful, but going to their office is pretty much stress free."

"The staff was awesome his assistant answered all my questions and was very attentive to my concerns. Dr. Eldaif sat with me and stated a plan he wanted to take in order to determine best approach forward versus other doctors I’ve been to want to do surgery upfront before any of the tests prescribed. So far so good. Mark"
