"I hired Michael Ross, a lawyer based in San Francisco, to handle a speeding ticket I received while visiting the area. On February 20, I paid him to take care of the ticket and ensure the point would not go on my license, with a due date before March 17. Mr. Ross assured me he would handle everything, so I wouldn't need to make any calls or worry about the matter. However, on March 19—after the ticket deadline—he called me to tell me I should simply pay the ticket and accept the point on my license. He also claimed he didn’t know how this would impact my insurance. This was extremely frustrating, as I had already paid him to resolve the issue, and he had promised to take care of it completely. When I asked for a refund, Mr. Ross hung up on me. His failure to deliver on his promises and his unprofessional behavior have left me feeling misled and scammed. I want to warn others to be cautious before hiring him, as my experience suggests he may take your money without fulfilling his commitments."

"Mr. Ross helped me win my case. I had another lawyer who never called me back and never had time to meet with me. Mr. Ross gave me his cell phone and either answered or called me back right away. He made me feel so much better knowing that he had things under control. He even went to court for me which was great because I live out of town. Now my record is clear and I don't have to worry about putting anything on a job application. What a relief! I would definitely recommend using him for your case."
