"We have been trying for months to get Michael to pay for his court reporting bill and he has completely ghosted us. Could someone from your firm please give me a call to pay your bill?"

"Excellent lawyer. Great communication when setting up a premarital agreement. I was under a time crunch, and he was willing to put in the work to meet my deadline."

"I would like to say thank you to attorney Michael Whitmarsh for using his knowledge and experience to guide me through my case. It was complicated and I would not have been able to do it on my own. Thank you and I wish you all the best."

"Working with Michael was one of the worst professional experiences- filled with unmet deadlines, unanswered emails and calls and a lot of anxiety for me. We were working to make amendments on a family document and spoke on the phone and had a Zoom meeting in November 2023. We agreed to have everything finalized before end of year. That did not happen. After many extensions of the deadline and a promise to complete the document two months after the initial deadline, he simply did not deliver and just refunded my money. It was a complete waste of time and an emotional rollercoaster every time he promised to deliver and then simply failed to. The whole process was extremely unprofessional and disappointing."

"I went to Michael after two years of very difficult divorce procedure and I wish I had come to him earlier. Prior to talking with Michael I literally had lost hope in the fact that some lawyer still do this Job for the beauty of it and not just to empty client's bank account. Michael takes the necessary times to understand where you are at and your current needs. What I appreciated the most is that he does not forget that you are what matter the most and in that sense he won't advised you to go through a painful long and expensive procedure if he feels that it would compromise with your mental health. He will expose to you what you're options are and propose to you different solution. It's still ultimately your choice to pursue a procedure or not but having a choice is not always a given in any attorney-client relationship. To circle back to my intro, I really wished I had met and hired Michael Whitmarsh at the start of my procedure, I feel like if that had been the case I would may have actually get a fair divorce judgement or at least someone would have truly fight for my case. I literally had more relevant infos in a two hours consultation with Michael than in 6 months procedure with my previous lawyer If you are the underdog no hesitation there, Michael will be even more on board. I would go back to him if needs be for sure even though i'm hoping to never have to go through divorce again."
