Attorney and Counselor – Michael J. Boyle is a Partner and Shareholder and serves as Senior Trial Attorney. He joined the Barone Defense Firm in 2005 after a successful solo criminal defense practice. Mr. Boyle is a highly trained and skilled Trial Attorney and has represented clients in over 70+ counties throughout Michigan. Mr. Boyle is a graduate of the Criminal Defense Attorneys of Michigan Trial College. He has also a graduate of the highly regarded “Trial Lawyers College,” which was founded by nationally renowned trial attorney Gerry Spence. Like Mr. Barone, Mr. Boyle has worked personally with and been trained by Mr. Spence and has used this training to win drunk/drugged driving and criminal trials. He has handled the most complex and serious cases including OWI Causing Death or Injury, and CSC 1st Degree. Mr. Boyle has been certified as a practitioner of the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests, through International Association of Chiefs of Police (IACP) and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA). He is also trained as a Drug Recognition Evaluator/Expert (DRE) specifically designed for DUI Drug cases, and also Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE). He has extensive training and experience in understanding the science and principals involved in chemical testing, including the DMT DataMaster (breath testing), is one of only a few Michigan attorneys that has had specialized and hands-on training with Gas Chromatography (GC) (quantitative blood testing) for alcohol and GC / Mass Spec and LC Tandem Mass Spec for whole drug & blood drug Detection and analysis. Mr Boyle’s personal approach and significant trial and courtroom experience has effectively represented clients throughout the entire State. He is also an accomplished Presenter. "I went here to join their PHP after I stepped down from a different higher level program. At that point I was still suffering a lot from my disorder. Now, a month or two after graduating from here. I am a completely different person. I am not cured by any means, I still meet regularly with my therapist and dietitian from here, but I do not recognize who I was before I started with MyBody. I can talk for hours about each of the staff and about the structure of the program and how all of this helped change my life for the better, but I doubt anyone would read that all. In short, this place is live saving and I cannot recommend it enough to those that are struggling."

"My Body helped my kiddo to save herself from an eating disorder. The staff were compassionate and warm while also being honest with some very hard truths we needed to face. We utilized their individual services as well as their IOP program. Two years later my kiddo is doing so well. Cannot recommend their services enough!"
