"In my personal experience, Daniel’s name appeared in the metadata of legal documents that were later filed under someone else’s name. While I can’t speak to how or why that happened, it raised serious concerns for me about authorship and transparency in a case that involved contest. Some of the materials submitted included messages that did not align with the phone bill and were used in proceedings where free speech was chilled and ethical boundaries were crossed. The star witness openly committed perjury and the face to the motion committed a procedural ambush with evidence that could no survive scrutiny. While I cannot say with certainty who was responsible for these decisions, the presence of Daniel’s name in the file properties of key documents left me with lasting doubts. What stood out most was the timing: documents bearing his name as the author seemed to have been finalized before a key affidavit was even signed. No explanation was ever provided. I found this troubling, especially in a legal context where accuracy and chain of custody matter. Daniel did not appear in court and wasn’t listed on the official filings, yet his digital footprint remained embedded in the documents. To some, that might seem like standard legal drafting. To others — myself included — it felt like something that should have been disclosed more clearly. In my opinion, this type of behind-the-scenes authorship creates confusion and undermines confidence in the integrity of the process. I believe that all attorneys involved in legal matters should be transparent about their roles, especially when metadata suggests a hidden hand in sensitive filings. If you’re looking for someone who stays in the background and avoids the spotlight, this might be your guy. But if you value openness and accountability, I’d recommend asking detailed questions — and maybe checking the file properties."
