"For me having a felony kidnapping , which is pretty severe Miss Katelyn Did an outstanding job on reassure me that everything will Be OK she was very enthusiastic very optimistic but you can tell by having a conversation with her over the phone, and when you see her in person, it matches the vibe they encouragement. She was very straightforward. There was no hiding behind the lines. There was no second-guessing. I mean, she did what she had to do to make sure things went as planned.
