Mr. Troiano was born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice, from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas. After college, Michael chased his dream of becoming a lawyer and moved to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. After receiving his law degree from Duquesne University, he moved back home to help others in the Las Vegas Valley as a criminal defense attorney. Michael practices exclusively in the area of criminal defense, and represents clients in a wide variety of criminal matters, including those charged with misdemeanors, gross-misdemeanors and felonies. He also places special emphasis on Driving Under the Influence “DUI” defense, and has personally defended over 1,000 DUI cases, ranging from DUI 1st Misdemeanor to the more serious DUI with Substantial Bodily Harm and DUI with Death. Michael is extremely passionate about his work; he knows his work leaves an impact on his client’s lives and their families. In his spare time, Michael and his wife Becca enjoy cheering on their hometown Vegas Golden Knights hockey team, spending time with family and friends, and hiking with their dog, Juneau.

"I had a very good experience with the Law Office of Mr. Michael A. Troiano. His entire office personnel for my law case was very successful this past June 2025. I reached out to their office in February 2025 with only a few weeks leading up to my first appearance for a potential DUI case. Veronica their office reception was very helpful and thorough with letting me know everything that was needed to be able to retain Mr. Troiano. I then spoke to their business manager Jay who was very helpful in setting up a payment plan for me to afford the entire fee spread out over 3 months. Mr. Troiano appeared every time for me and was able to get my case continued from May to June 26 of this month. In that time I was able to get my ducks in a row as far as payment and time for Mr. Troiano to review my case to see all the positive outliers that led to getting a favorable result for my case. Veronica called me in early June and I was able to get a time to sit down with Mr. Troiano face to face to discuss my case personally. I really appreciated this time with Michael as he took a strong perspective and interest in how this would affect me going forward. He listened to my concerns and he didn’t over promise anything, but he assured me that he would do everything in his power to help me. He definitely did just that! He met with prosecuting team and was able to get the charge of a DUI dropped down to a wreckless driving. This is extremely helpful for my career as I am responsible for driving quite a bit to client sites and it is very important for my medical sales career. Mr. Troiano will also help represent me for a DMV hearing to alleviate that situation as well. I would recommend anyone in the Las Vegas area to retain the Law Office of Michael A. "Honestly felt like my life was truly over and had no clue how to come approach the my situation with the way the state threw the case at me but Mr Troiano and his assistants guided me through this process and were communicating with me and being transparent with me as needed. If you ever need a reliable lawyer come to this guy, he will fight for the best possible outcome for you whilst giving you the best advice how to handle it. 100% will be back if I or anyone I know ends up in a crunch."
