"My insurance company & I tried to call the billing team to investigate fraudulent claims submitted by them. They refused to talk to UHC advocate with me on the line and eventually hung up when the advocate asked why she would only speak about the situation if I wasn't on the line. I have told them that the fraud they are possibly committing on a large scale is disturbing. I think they were offended or actually have large-scale fraud occurring. They clearly pay for or incentivize fake reviews... how would they have 1,000+ reviews at one location in such a short timeframe otherwise? They want to make it hard to see what's going on under the hood. This is an org that needs to be investigated for fraud. Sorry not sorry. It's disturbing."

"The front office staff were friendly and welcoming, and had a helpful board updating the Dr. availability and wait time. The only down side was the waiting feels a little dingy and downtrodden. The appointment began on time, and the attending nurse practitioner was friendly and professional. Dr. Ashwini Reddy was excellent, and made me feel that she had a genuine interest and concern for my health and well-being."
