I am a former prosecutor and have been handling federal and state criminal cases for over 16 years. I have handled a wide variety of criminal defense cases for many satisfied clients. My trial experience is extensive and includes successful verdicts in cases such as murder, assault, robbery, burglary, weapons, bank robbery, drug, obstructing governmental administration, resisting arrest, felony, misdemeanor and vehicular crimes . I have obtained numerous acquittals after jury trials and dismissals without the need for a trial. I have also successfully negotiated thousands of plea bargains to reduced and often non-criminal charges and substance abuse programs.
