"Genuinely the worst company I have EVER dealt with. Although my doctor, Destiny McGill, has as genuinely amazing and listened to all of my concerns, the company itself is horrific. It took over a week for a reply about a bill (mind you the date of service for this bill was Sept 2023 and they’re just now charging me for it), it’s impossible to get in touch with absolutely anyone. It would take 4 days to get a response about changing pharmacies because one would be out of stock and I would need it transferred (the pharmacy couldn’t transfer it because of the type of medication). I genuinely hope that people never use this website again because it truly is not there for the wellbeing of your mental health, I can tell ya that. Again, love loved loved Destiny but would truly never use this website again due to the negligence they show their patients on the billing, support and communication side."

"Miserable experience. Double billed me for wellness exam that was supposed to be free with my insurance copay and impossible to reach a human being to speak with. Due to inconsistent billing and insurance claim practices I am now on the hook out of pocket for over $1,000 which they did not communicate in advance. Nightmare to get help and they keep canceling my chat without resolving it. I am going to file claims with my credit card and BBB to investigate these shady practices."
