"Today, I had an appointment at the Los Angeles County Registrar-Recorder/County Clerk Office in Van Nuys at 4:15 PM. Unfortunately, I arrived 6 minutes late and was initially informed that I could no longer be seen. However, I truly appreciate the professionalism and kindness shown by the front desk staff and the department head. Despite the delay, they were understanding and allowed me to proceed with my appointment. Thanks to their help, I was able to obtain my daughter’s birth certificate smoothly, and the entire process at the counter took less than 3 minutes. I sincerely thank the team at the Van Nuys RR/CC office for their support and respectful handling of the situation."

"This law firm is very unique in efficiency, ethics, speed and professionalism. I never once had to call or contact them for an update or case status. They called me daily, gathered detailed information and made sure they had all the facts right. They created a solid case and presented it to the other party.
