"I was seriously looking her up to retain her but the bad reviews are so new and fresh that I’m not even gonna bother. I’m embarrassed for her. She holds herself up there and to read this is atrocious. Take down her billboard"

"Melody is a very fearful incompetent lawyer who will not fight for your best interest. She does not want to fight for you in court and will yell at you in mediation that "you have to sign!" an agreement not in your favor. She will show bias and make her own internal judgement about what you deserve forfeiting things the legal system would typically afford you. She also is terrible at getting paperwork correct. Her first draft of a custody agreement favored the other party before it was even sent to them for their first review. The legal system will feel rigged against you if she represents you."

"My ex-wife and I worked together for several months on what we wanted in our divorce decree before even contacting a lawyer. We didn’t know how to draw the paperwork up legally. So my ex chose her office to draw up the paperwork. The first revision of the decree, was missing several items that we wanted. Yes, my ex was the one that her office was representing. Because she is the one that contacted the office. But we worked together on every email regarding changes. It took I believe 13 revisions to the decree before it was even acceptable. We understood that there would be a few items we may not have expected that needed to be addressed. But once one thing was changed the verbiage, another area would be changed. Forcing another revision. Excuses we got was “my assistant draws up the paperwork, I’m sorry if she missed something”."
