"Craig is a friend of a friend. We needed counsel about a tenant matter. Although he isn't taking new clients he called us back and spent about 30 minutes listening to our problem and advising us. He is a good listener and has broad knowledge. He is focused. He sorts the grain from the chaff. Highly recommend."

He gave me about 30 mins over the phone with in his invaluable suggestions and information about the resources/references where I can find my solution.
