"Extremely Disappointing Paid Consultation. I was assured my documents would be reviewed prior to my paid consultation with Ryan. However, she was completely unprepared, unaware I'd even sent them. Despite clearly outlining my needs, and providing specific court documents as requested, Ryan reviewed all my documents, not just the specified ones. I was told deliverables would be ready within 10 days, requiring approximately 6 hours of work. Two weeks later, I received nothing but a request for another meeting, with no progress made. This firm wasted two weeks of my time and provided no results, while still taking the $150 consultation fee. I strongly advise potential clients to proceed with extreme caution. I was told in her last email she would not charge me for the hour she took to read everything. Yeah no kidding, you didn't do your job."
