"Facing situations that could possibly be life altering can put you in a paralyzing state of mind, especially when it can be a change for the worse. Then you add onto that not knowing who to trust or who even cares makes it extremely difficult to make a decision on who to even pick as an attorney. "I had an extremely disappointing experience with Baldwin Law Group (Omni Management Services). Their attorney attempted to pressure me with threats of placing a lien on my property over HOA charges that were never even invoiced to me. I repeatedly asked for proof of billing and never received a single document. To make matters worse, their representative didn’t even show up on time in court on the hearing date — while I was present and ready. When I requested a continuance to gather my evidence, they pushed forward knowing I was at a disadvantage. This behavior felt manipulative and predatory, not professional legal conduct. I strongly advise anyone dealing with this firm to document everything and be prepared to defend yourself against aggressive tactics."
