"Call a different law firm. They are to busy to help you. They will offer you to another law firm which those costs are so outrageous that you can't even afford the attorney. Don't even try and call them for information from work that this law firm had done in the past which has already been paid for, they won't help find the information. You have just already wasted enough time. Please run from this law firm."
