Mr. Shafran has dedicated his legal career to zealously advocating for victims and seeking justice for others. Mr. Shafran grew up in Parkland, Florida until he attended Florida State University, where he received his Bachelor of Science degree in Criminology. In 2012, he received his Juris Doctor in law at Nova Southeastern University College of Law. Upon graduating law school, Mr. Shafran worked as an Assistant State Attorney in Palm Beach County, prosecuting those accused of committing crimes and representing victims of crimes. As a prosecutor, Mr. Shafran handled thousands of cases ranging from minor offenses like misdemeanors, all the way up to serious drug trafficking offenses and sexual battery. "Had first ever offence for petty theft (missed scanning a few items at Target Self-checkout after getting distracted) and Weinstein Legal Team (specifically Mariana and Matt) helped clear up the issue after taking a 4-hour class and fee. Now they are helping me get the case expunged so i can put this behind me for good. Worth the $$$ for peace of mind. Can't thank them enough."

"I called Weinstein legal team to hire a lawyer after my father who was put in custody and given a 2 week reset for a parole violation on a no contact order that the victim stated was receiving unknown calls. The legal team appointed a lawyer out of Fort Lauderdale after I told them the case was in west palm beach. The lawyer Jack Palmeri was very unpleasant to work with, he didn’t try to put a motion for a earlier hearing which was my main concern as the public defenders had it reset for 2 weeks. Additionally the same lawyer I hired was siding with the victim stating “she sounded credible” he seemed bothered and blew me off when I was vulnerable and concerned for my fathers health. I would have been better off staying with the public defender who also stated her claims were weak."

"This crabby old lady was so rude I would never hire anyone that can't let me finish my sentence to my question and saying "Imam im busy" then hangs up on you when I told her I'm going to leave a review. I needed help with paperwork because I didn't want to do it myself with filing with the court I wanted to hire someone else to do it. She interrupts every thing I say and say we are not a process server like duh lady??? Such bad customer service in the beginning I can't even imagine hiring them for an actually case if this is how you treat people. If you're too busy then ok :)"
