"I’ve been leaving voicemails and messages with the front counter . it’s been months and I still haven’t gotten a call back. I practically just gave up. They need to work on that front service."

"I would not recommend this business for any endeavors. I needed 1 small thing done, and Matthew Blado kept explaining things and belittled me, and essentially running the clock to bill me more. I did not feel respected and like my time was worth while. I told him my occupation, therefore not making much money, and he still charged for every. Little. Thing. He thinks he’s being professional, but I can tell they like feeling “superior” to others and charging whatever they can. I would use another company for your legal needs."

"Matt Blado's response time was terrible. Very reactive. We talked about it multiple times and it never changed. Felt like I wasn't important. I think he can be competent if he's plugged in. But he wasn't. And when going through such a challenging time like a divorce, I needed someone that cared and was responsive."

"The performance level is definitely not up to par especially when you consider the steep hourly rate and total charges that turned out more than double the initial estimate. Keep in mind nothing new came up beyond the initial cause for the appeal. Instead of describing the extremely disappointing level of performance most especially at the oral argument. I have a video ( about 14 minutes) I can forward to any interested party before you waste your $$. This video is a public record of the final oral argument that will speak for itself and clearly show what I mean when I say lacking performance!"
