"I used M. Torres several years ago in a child custody case. He was the most incompetent and lazy attorney I have ever met, and since him I have worked with some excellent ones.He did nothing but spend my money on completely useless maneuvers that he never followed through in court.His one time arguments to the Judge was pathetic and usless and he came off as foolish and the Judge told him so. He lost my case due to his negligence in producing any viable material to the court dispite his constant promises and billings.His behavior bordered on inappropriately flirtatious with me, as he thinks he charming with female clients."
