Attorney Gilman is an experienced license suspension and criminal defense attorney. His practice areas include Massachusetts criminal defense, hardship license law, RMV license suspension hearings, Division of Insurance Board of Appeal hearings, drunk driving defense, and domestic relations matters. "I had an accident while having flu like symptoms, which led to the suspension of my license. I am an attorney myself so I initially tried to handle getting a reinstatement myself. But the Registry has meticulous procedures - e.g. they want a form not just a Doctor's letter, and won't accept an electronic signature from the Doctor - and they are not very transparent about what they want. So I hired the Gilman firm and I am glad that I did. I had a strong case for reinstatement - had no serious medical condition - but might have lost on technicalities. The Gilman firm knew exactly how my case needed to be presented, and helped me to get my license promptly reinstated. If anyone needs to deal with the Registry on a serious matter, they should hire this firm - not try to do it themselves!"
