"failed to communicate in any meaningful way other than to inform me of invoices due of payment. Invoiced arbitrary labor hours, for tasks I could have performed had they answered my questions AT ALL. Failed to send important court documents, claiming I was delinquent in reply only to find "IT WAS IN MISHAK's OUTBOX FOR 2 MONTHS". Best of all, they cannot balance the books on the invoices issued vs. amount paid. they don't care that they cant balance. just pay. TOTALLY UNTRUSTWORTHY"
