About:
I spent seven years at the Hoke County District Attorney’s Office, where my primary focus was on prosecuting serious felony cases. These cases ranged from domestic violence and drug trafficking to felony assault, child sexual assault, child abuse, rape, and murder. I have a wealth of trial experience and have devoted my career to resolving high-conflict cases. My commitment, thorough preparation, and empathy are clearly reflected in my work. I am a native of Hoke County and maintain strong connections within my community. I graduated from Meredith College with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and obtained my Law Degree from Campbell University Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law in 2017. I was admitted to the North Carolina State Bar in the same year. After completing my education, I returned to my hometown of Raeford, North Carolina. After years of advocating for victims of crimes, I have shifted my practice to focus on family law. I manage complex cases with a high level of skill and support clients through challenging situations. I understand the importance of providing clear and honest advice. My domestic practice covers a wide range of family law matters, including absolute divorce, child custody, alimony, separation agreements, and equitable distribution. I approach each case with compassion and a high level of skill, ensuring that clients receive the necessary support during such pivotal times in their lives. I live in Raeford with my husband, Haydon, and our son. When not practicing law, I enjoy spending time with my family and our two dogs. Additionally, I love going to the beach and competing in fishing tournaments with my family.

"Why hasn't the DA'S Office gone after the crooked dealings of james leach, tony hunt, inmate harry sutherland and others? Justice for none if not justice for all."

"I got nothing but attitude from the woman I talked too. I was told she had too many other things to do and I needed to wait for her to finish one task before she could help me. I don't understand why she needed to be so rude."

"Very polite individuals work at this judicial establishment. I’ve never been treated so kindly at a courthouse or DA’s office. Even the sheriff deputies were extremely kind. They handled a ticket for me that was clearly my fault, and there where no fees associated. This is what I call serving the people. Please continue your exceptional services Hoke Co."
