About:
I graduated Seattle University School of law and immediately began working at the Pierce County Prosecutor's Office. After two years with the Prosecutor's Office, I joined Durflinger Oliver & Associates where I help those who have been accused of committing crimes. I have handled thousands of cases ranging from domestic violence to DUI's. I have helped hundreds of clients keep or restore their driving privileges by prevailing in administrative hearings with the the Department of Licensing. I have also helped many clients vacate felony and misdemeanor convictions and restore their firearm rights. My previous experience as a prosecutor has given me a unique perspective that has enabled me to negotiate favorable outcomes even in the most difficult cases. In addition to my criminal caseload, I represent clients who have been injured through no fault of their own. I am a tough negotiator and work hard to insure that my clients are fully compensated for their pain and suffering.

"Great organization they handled a case for me with very favorable results. During my case I received a cancer diagnosis and 6 months after my case they reached out to me and asked how my treatment was going. I highly recommend this Law Firm. 1st class all the way"

"Talia and Carrie were amazing throughout this whole process. They had my back and fought for me. I was taken care of and got the best outcome from my case. I couldn’t have done this without you both and the rest of the DOA team. Thank you!! You’re my first contact if anything else happens and I’ll recommend you to all of my friends and family. Thank you so much!!"

"I cannot praise Natalie L Durflinger and her team more highly. My case, from the charging event to the ultimate dismissal of charges took about two and a half years. Natalie worked tirelessly, during the process, to bring my case to a very positive conclusion. She doesn't quit. Each time we met, she took the time to thoroughly explain what was going on and to reassure me about the process. From the start she took the time to understand and get to know me - something for which the prosecution usually has no capacity. In the end I feel very thankful and cannot recommend Durflinger Oliver & Associates high enough."
