"-⭐☆☆☆☆ (if I could give negative stars, I would!) I strongly regret hiring Robinson & Henry!! Despite multiple requests, the attorneys and the customer service manager have refused to return my complete case file, which is my property and legally required to be provided. I made repeated good-faith attempts to resolve this, but I was met with delays, evasions, and misinformation. Without my file, my new counsel cannot properly move forward, and this unnecessary obstruction has only added stress and wasted time. A law firm should act in the best interests of its clients, but my experience has been the opposite. If you are considering this firm, I encourage you to look closely at how they treat clients after payment is made. My experience has been deeply disappointing, and I would not recommend them."
