About:

I have been practicing law for over twenty years. I have a unique background in that I have substantial experience in both Criminal Law, Personal Injury & Divorce / Family Law. With regard to my Criminal Practice, I have handled several hundred cases including felony drug cases, white collar crime, DUI/DWI/DWAI/DUID cases, Domestic Violence and any number of any traffic cases. I spent several years working within the Denver Drug Court, which handles only felony drug crimes. With regard to my Civil Personal Injury Practice, at one time, I worked for a major insurance defense law firm which represented multiple major insurance companies in the defense of auto accident, bicycle accident, pedestrian accident and other related claims. This background has provided me a unique perspective on how insurance companies operate in handling claims. With regard to my Divorce / Family Law Practice, I have extensive experience dealing with a wide variety of Divorce / Family Law issues including Division of Marital Assets, Child Support, Maintenance, etc. I look forward to assisting you with your Criminal, DUI/DWAI, Personal Injury and/or Divorce / Family Law matters.

"Not lots of communication but I had to trust him with it and he did what he said and then some. Trust that Mark has your best interests and will be a huge advocate for you in a vulnerable time of your life."
