"Beware they run a business please don’t be fooled that they care. Sales pitch was great the reality is your first conversation and even welcome letter will be a charge to you. Billing policy doesn’t allow you to dispute anything past 30 days. To first court appearance I was 30k in. The reason given was discovery ran the cost up only to discover nothing changed and all information was shared. Suggestion stay away and find someone that truly cares about you, after all your attorney and team will be fighting for your financial future"

"My experience with attorney Jordan Wicks was absolutely horrid. During a consultation regarding my child support case—a deeply personal and sensitive matter—he abruptly hung up in the middle of me speaking. This was not only extremely rude but also dark and inconsiderate, especially in such an intimate space where I was trusting him with important details of my life. His lack of professionalism and empathy left me feeling dismissed and disrespected. I would not recommend his services to anyone seeking genuine support and respect from their legal counsel. RUN!!!"

"The worst service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Communication was horrible. I was the one always having to reach out and do the follow-ups. They knew about my case, about my son and my daughter, yet when it came to the declaration, they would make mistakes like writing down that I had 2 daughters or that I lived in a 2 story house, even though I lived in a one story house, it felt like as if they had no idea about the case. As if they were just filling in blank spots. And as if I was just a number in their book, when it came to finally not working with them anymore, it feels like they want to hold onto my money. it's taking over a month to receive my money back. When it came to talking with my lawyer During the court, she would tell me that oh, if I were to push the judge for more that it's gonna cost more, it's towards her which I was fine with, but it felt like she did not want to fight that she was just taking the bare minimum of whatever the judge would offer. And when I would ask to fight she would persuade and try to tell me to not fight. That I should just be grateful for what the judge is giving me."

"I am midway through my divorce process and it has been so so. They are nice and friendly, my lawyer is very knowledgeable, her team has been great nothing to say there although I have nothing to compare it to it’s my first divorce. I have had two problems with my experience so far. #1 there is no lawyer emergency response number to call when it’s the middle of the night and I need a lawyers help immediately. (Assault). #2 I’ve already paid them over $20,000 but when my trust fell negative for two weeks they sent me a formal letter saying they were dropping me as a client. That pissed me off. I’m going through a divorce, selling my house etc, I am already 20k invested, I’ll get you your damn money and pay you just like I religiously have. There is no mercy with this company and that’s messed up, they don’t even offer payment plans or anything like that. Also, they call me multiple times a week to ask me for more money. It’s not like I magically got paid the day before and am withholding money from them because I don’t want my divorce to go through. I don’t think it’s too difficult to ask that they work with me."

"They turned me down when I told them that my wife cut me off from marital assets. They didn't seem to understand that they could have helped me by issuing basic court orders. They only have your back if you have money up-front, it seems."

"The law firm committed what it describes as “mistakes” that resulted in substantial damage to the case, to me, and to my children. There is comprehensive and thorough documentation of how egregious this firm’s conduct has been throughout their representation of me. Presently, the firm is derelict in fulfilling its legal obligation to me as a client in a manner that implies systemic and widespread potential for malpractice across hundreds of cases at this very moment in time. If you have retained this firm, you are potentially, presently at risk the same behaviors exhibited in my case are occurring right under your nose, including deliberate and intentional conduct on the part of your attorney that undermines your interests, violates your rights, and in some cases, your attorney could be openly lying to you about the work being done. I have even been invoiced for work that the then managing attorney openly admitted there is no record whatsoever that any of the work I was being billed for, had actually been completed. Anyone who wishes to review these records, please feel free to message me. There are a large number of individuals in Southern California who are interested in filing a class action lawsuit against defendants, including Mark Reel of Reel Father’s Rights."
