"This review is not regarding Atty Macks case handlings as I've always heard outstanding reviews about such as well as his devotion and professionalism. This is regarding the rude and extremely abrasive woman who answered the phone on 9/22/25. My intent was simple... I wanted to leave a message for, or speak with Mr. Mack. Naturally she adked regarding what... regarding a personal matter in which I was hoping he could point me in some direction on is how I responded. (I proceeded to share my full name and phone number which she listened to fully even though she then stated "we're instructed not to pass on any messages to Mark without knowing more details"...there really wasn't much more to share, or that I cared to share with someone who was so unpleasant I'd hesitate to share the time of day if she asked. Anyway, I said thank you and terminated the call. I then thought this is ridiculous, I haven't spoken to Mark for a very long time however I'm certain he wouldnt have any adversity to my contacting him, and if he did, well that would be his choice. So...I had called again, started the same introduction as my initial call and she began to tell me she will not leave a message that I called without learning more about me, or my situation I should say. She began to sound less like a secretary and more like a woman who was more curious or concerned of my interest for personal gain. It was at this point I decided I may still have his cell, which after 20 or so years it was unclear if it was still the same number. Considering my intent was as simple as I stated above, I attempted to call for a third time (which most anyone at this point would get the hint that perhaps she should just relay the simple message...and let's be real here, what's the big deal) and it was at this point I very nicely said my name, my intent yet again and she responded that she already knows... so I proceeded to inquire yet again if I can please leave a message for Mark that is time sensitive, however not nessesarily urgent. She stated again no, she will not leave my name & number for Mark. I expressed I'm not a former client, I am not looking for representation I am simply an old chap trying to get in touch with Mark...can you kindly leave him my contact information. Bla bla bla...she had a few more irrelevant words before hanging up on me. Regardless of her "instructions" according to her, she didn't need be abrasive from the start, extremely intrusive and with a tone I could only describe as an exaggerated ignorance with rude undertones that you might see in an old Carol Bernette skit or something, Im actually smirking over how outlandish it was... smh, for real! I hesitate leaving this review as it really has nothing to do with Mark or his services directly....but having such representation as your first line of contact needed be mentioned here!! My apologies in advance, but she is aweful and very unprofessional- in my opinion. Regards, DDA"

"Thank you to Attorney Mack and Administrating Staff, Laura , Lorie, and Erica who have been extremely helpful during this trying time! All of the staff have been polite and considerate while working with me as a client. Mack Law Office's are very flexible with payment plans, and are straightforward and guiding while explaining the process. They are professional and easy to get in contact with. Although I had contacted on short notice The Mack Law Office's still took the case and is continuing to work with me. I am extremely satisficed and grateful for the work done at Mack Law Office's. I would highly recommend Mack Law Office's to others. Sincerely, Jennifer Bilski"
