"Mark Caldwell represented my son in a license restoration case after his DUIs. We had gone to another high profile lawyer who was very difficult to communicate with and off putting. We were hesitant to ask questions because we would be charged or rushed off the phone. We searched the internet and called a few other lawyers wanting to avoid another experience with a big name law firms. Once we talked to Mark we felt he was most forthcoming and wasn’t in a hurry to get off the phone before answering all our questions. He was immediately helpful and always available to talk to if necessary. He was diligent and informative and helped us work through the process as it was a more complicated case dealing with an out of state situation. I think one of the things that impressed us the most was when he said he does not like to lose so we must cross our t’s and dot our i’s. My son won his case and is now driving and we will be eternally grateful and can’t recommend Mark highly enough!"
