"Divorce is never easy, it puts a lot stress and strain on two people who shared a life together. Dividing assets, and who gets what, is never pleasant, having a great competent law firm on your side can help the transition go smoothly. The Scroggins law firm is that firm, my great dynamic duo power house team of Whitney (Attorney) and her great Paralegal (Hailey), both stood by my side as I started this process. They didnt sugar anything, they gave it to me straight, so that I could make sound decision regarding whats best for me. And because of that support and clear information about the law, my rights and the best solution, we achieved that objective. "Our experience with Mr. Depaul, “Steve,“ Was great! My husband and I had questions about His parents’estate, after His mom’s death.We really didn’t even know where to start, so we consulted with Steve, and he provided the services we needed, to help resolve A very intricate & delicate estate matter, Steve was great, he answered our questions, helped us discern what the next step should be in the probating Of The estate, put us at ease and Wrote a letter to the family executor, And proceeded to take the calls from the various family members, who had questions about his representation. In short, we were taken “out-of-the- loop,” in dealing with the family squabble “ugliness,“ which we had been enduring. "I paid $400 for a phone consultation with John Withers. The gal told me he was experienced and he knew a lot about my case. She said he had great value to add that’s worthy the consultation. After calling him, he added no value whatsoever. All other attorneys who offered free consultations were much more experienced and knowledgeable. DO NOT BELIEVE."
