"Dr.s are excellent. Don't get me wrong there. Especially Dr.D'Mello. If you call to make and appointment ask for Erin. She is the only competent person as far as the receptionists go. Nurses are great, medical assistants are too. The reason I am giving this two stars is because I have never encountered a worse group of receptionists (except Erin) or referral doctors in my entire life. They are rude, they openly discuss patients they don't like in front of people in the waiting room. They will tell you that you never made an appointment when you did, they will lose your paperwork. They are god awful. When Dr.D'mello retires I will absolutely move on to another office."
